Accident cases

At 23:30 on August 4, 2021, in an industrial park in Shenzhen, a worker was standing on the container while the truck crane was carrying out the lifting operation. He fell and was injured because of the broken wire rope. He died at 0:34 on the 5th after being sent to hospital for rescue.

Accident cause analysis: when the truck crane involved was lifting, the workers did not wear safety helmets and stood on the container being lifted (the height of the container is about 2.82 meters) in violation of the regulations. The steel wire rope of the container was broken, causing it to fall, resulting in the accident. (The conclusion of direct cause analysis shall be subject to the accident investigation report)
