1. Products Brief Introduction

Wire rope is the lifeline of cableway. There is always lurking danger of rope failure because of rope strength loss during operation of cableway. The current manual inspection including visual inspection and callipering are low efficient and limited. The traditional MRT methods can not realize online automatic inspection for cableway rope because of its technical limitation.

TCK.W Wire Rope Inspection Expert System is designed to replace manual inspection with machine intelligent inspection, and innovatively solves the technical problem of wire rope online real-time. It can not only meet the technical requirements of wire rope inspection standard in China, European and American but also beyond the standards in many ways.

2. System Configuration

Inspection accuracy:

● Severe Flaw: loss of cross-sectional area is in the range of 80-100% of upper limit, Real-time Detection rate: 100%

● Serious Flaw: loss of rope cross-sectional area is in the range of 60-80% of upper limit, Real-time Detection rate: 100%

● Medium Flaw: loss of rope cross-sectional area is in the range of 40-60% of upper limit, Real-time Detection rate: 99%

● Slight Flaw: loss of rope cross-sectional area is in the range of 20-40% of upper limit, Real-time Detection rate: 95%

● Flaw below Slight: loss of rope cross-sectional area is less 20% of upper limit, Real-time Detection rate: 90%
